Holly lived in Bellevue, TN for 12 years and moved to Fairview, TN in 2006. While she is able to help buyers and sellers in all of Greater Nashville, her main area of focus is West Nashville (Williamson, Dickson, Davidson, Cheatham and Hickman Counties). Holly was featured as the local expert for Fairview in the September 2018 edition of Nashville's Real Producers magazine.
She recently made a brokerage move and is now affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Nashville/Franklin office. Her total sales volume for 2018 was over 24 million ranking her #12 out of over 700 agents and teams at her last brokerage. In 2019, she was ranked #44 on the RealTrends list for individual agent volume in Tennessee. In 2020 (during a pandemic), Holly sold over 15 million and was awarded the Platinum award with the WCAR as well as ranking #7 out of almost 400 agents at her Keller Williams office. 2021 resulted in 23 million in sales, #5 in her office and #6 out of all the Keller Williams agents in Middle TN.
Real estate is a constantly evolving, and Holly has remained at the forefront of the industry by committing herself to innovative and creative marketing strategies for her listings and continued education for herself. She recently earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.

On a personal note, Holly has an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a masters degree from Peabody College at Vanderbilt. Before real estate, she was employed as a mental health counselor.
She is married to Ian Black, who is a creative director/graphic designer and chief marketing director of Gabriel Communications/Country Road TV (home to the television show Larry's Country Diner). Her 3 grown sons are all involved in the creative arts as musicians, audio engineers and songwriters . In the summertime, she enjoys hosting Kayaking parties for clients and friends on the Piney River.
